After college, I joined an international food ingredient company as a Food Technologist and later promoted to Regional Sales Manager.

I had a unique entrepreneurial opportunity to become a partner with an Executive Search Firm where I started up the Food Industry Division.

There, I felt very privileged to be able to help both clients and applicants fill difficult positions and enhance candidates’ careers.

Ultimately, I started Mitch Miles Associates to continue my passion of placement and recruitment in the Food Industry.
